Pre-Production
I'll come over and sit in on a rehearsal session, and get a feel for what you're working on. I'll make notes about the songs, ask about your influences, and start thinking about how to capture your sound.

Recording
The fun stage! This is where we get into the studio and start hammering out takes, squeezing out every drop of energy for your music. I will use my meticulous ear for detail to ensure that you sound your very best. I engineer my own sessions, so you can rest assured that the technicalities of microphone choice and placement are covered too!
Editing
Not as evil as you might think it is, and even the pros require a bit of nudge!
Here, I will ensure that the best of your best takes is what goes on the record. I can drag everything to be mechanically tight and in tune, or I can allow the music to flow more naturally. Whatever the song requires is what I will do!
Mixing
Once the files have been edited, they are ready for mixing.
Mixing isn't included in "recording-only" bookings, but we can discuss exactly what you need when we talk soon.

Of course, if you have a preferred third-party to mix your music then I can prepare it for them, including a free rough mix for them to reference.
