About us
Conceptualised in late 2019 and forged throughout the pandemic of 2020/2021, Colossus Studios is the brainchild of audio engineer Declan Pearson.
The mission is simple; deliver high quality rehearsal spaces that are easily accessible and feel inspiring, coupled with top-tier studio facilities that are beyond capable of producing a finished product that can match or supersede the quality of the expensive corporate studios.
At Colossus, only the very best will do. The rooms have been designed from the ground up with acoustic separation and comfort in mind, and the recording facilities have been designed to offer the very best environment for lending a critical ear to your project. No stone was left unturned, and this approach continues into your project also!

What People Say
Don't just take our word for it - our customers love us!
Get in touch!
Colossus Studios is just a short distance from Bolton Town Centre, located at Brownlow Business Centre, Tennyson Street, BL1 3HW.
To find us, look for a car park with a car wash on it. Turn into this car park, and drive around the left side of the mill - we are next door to Bolton Area Divers, so look for the big "Learn to Scuba Dive" lettering. Our unit is painted black with an orange stripe, can't miss it!
On arrival, use the Ring Video Doorbell on the right side of the shutters to let us know that you are here. If you are having issues, feel free to contact the studio on 01204 263126 and we will do our best to assist you if we can. ‬
The M61 is the nearest motorway, with the A666 turnoff taking you approximately 2 roads away from the studio. The parking spaces are shared with other businesses so there is more than enough parking, and are covered by security cameras for additional piece of mind (though of course Colossus Studios can not be held liable for any damages/loss during your visit).
There is a bus stop right outside the studio for both directions for the 501 or 502 bus to/from Bolton Interchange. If travelling by train, I'd recommend travelling to Bolton station and using one of these bus routes to get to the studio. Alternatively, an Uber (or other local taxi) from the train station takes roughly 5 minutes, and costs roughly £5.
